Ingredients

1 c blueberries

1 c strawberries –
stemmed and sliced

1 large kiwi – peeled
and sliced
·
1 c red seedless
grapes – cut in half
·
2 c honeydew – cut
into 1” cubes
·
3 Tbsp fresh mint -
coarsely chopped
·
3 Tbsp honey
·
1 tsp lemon juice
·
1 Tbsp lemon zest
·
1 c plain non-fat
Greek yogurt
·
4 mint sprigs
Directions: In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon
juice, lemon zest and honey. Stir until
smooth.
In a large bowl,
combine the blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, grapes and honeydew. Sprinkle the mint over the fruit and toss
gently. Pour the yogurt mixture over the
top and toss until the fruit is evenly coated. Use mint sprigs for garnish.
